Refund Policy

At JordanAllenBooks.com, all sales are final. Because many of our products are digital or made-to-order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

 

 

 

Digital Products

 

 

Due to the nature of digital content (eBooks, downloads, printables, etc.), we do not offer refunds for digital products under any circumstances. Please ensure that your email and device are compatible before purchasing.

 

 

 

Physical Products

 

 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for physical merchandise unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

 

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

 

  • Contact us at jordanallenmedia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or defect

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

 

 

If approved, we’ll either replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion. Return shipping costs may apply.

 

 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

 

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect information provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout.
